- Wash ur Scotch bonnets, tomatoes, onion and grate in a grater/ blend if you have a food processor and set aside in a large bowl. Wash ur ugh leave and dice then set aside.

- In a another pot add in the palm oil used in frying the fish pour in ur blended/ grated pepper mix ; do not stir add in ur grounded crayfish and soaked stockfish allow it to fry once you notice the oils is floating at the top add in ur salt and seasoning cubes..
- Add in 1/4 cup of water in to the pot allow to simmer for 5 minutes, taste and add in ur diced ugu leaves stir and put in ur fried fish. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for a little seconds.
- Turn off heat and serve with any suitable swallow of ur choice..
